Ⅰ.Introduction for FA130 series products
Adopt 4 groups of color line scan cameras for fa130 series foreign fiber sorter, double-layer layout and repeated detection; adopt the latest vision technologies, ensuring that various foreign fiber can be be effectively removed; the system can make adaptive adjustment according to some objective factors such as the scene lighting change, raw cotton change, dusts ,etc., with high level of intelligence and good stablity; simple system operation and adjustment, and low operation requirements to the workers.
Adopts down-to-up feeding form for fa130 series foreign fiber sorter, which can be seamlessly connected with its previous opener, applicable to all kinds of blow room and blowing-carding line.

4 CCD double-layer design and duplicate detection to increase the detection rate;
keep high removal efficiency for tiny, light color or hair type foreign fiber, of which the colour detection rate more than 80%, and the white color detection rate more than 90%;
System adaptive adjustment according to the scene conditions such as light source change, dusts, etc., keeping the detection under the best condition all the time;
Foreign fiber image visualization and hommization presents various statistic and status information;
rich system self diagnosis mechanism, timely alarm or hints;
With remote control function interface, convenient for the commissioning of machinery and software upgrade;
