FA209 Wide High-production Carding Machine
Main characteristics:
1. The working width has been broadened to 1.5m, and the production has been increased by 1.5 times.
2. Raise Cylinder and lower Doffer and taker-in to increase arc length of carding area and improve carding efficiency.
3. Forward feeding for reducing fiber damage.
4. Adopt high-intensity aluminum alloy section bar for the movable flats, light weight and non-deformation. Adopt toothed belt transmission for convenience of dismantling and erection.
5. Dual stationary flats, web purifier and aluminum alloy housing plate can be combined and collocated flexibly according to different material and process.
6. The framework is of steel plate integrated welding, high intensity and non-deformation.
7. The Cylinder is of steel plate welding, light weight, high intensity and individual motor frequency control starting.
8. Adopt pneumatic control reversing cross-apron web collecting structure for convenient to observe cotton webs.
9. Adopt multi-motor frequency control transmission for the whole machine to improve the automation for convenience of technology adjustment.
10. The coiler is specially designed for broad high-production carding machine, embodies drawing process, greatly increases the delivery speed and realizes the heavy fixed weight technology of carding machine. Adopt 3 over 3 two-zone drafting and rubber roller pneumatic weighting to ensure the delivery stability.
